Returns

We guarantee our products and provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return item(s) in original condition with hang tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Alternatively, if you receive a damaged product or were sent the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping and shipping of the new product. Send returns along with a copy of the packing slip and a note indicating that you would like a refund. Sorry, but we do not offer free returns. We recommend that returns be sent with a traceable method such as USPS, UPS or FedEx to ensure a timely delivery to our warehouse. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees (unless, of course, you receive a damaged or incorrect item by mistake). Once your package is received, we will reimburse your original form of payment within 1-3 business days. You will see a refund on your credit card statement from "DELFIN SPA". If you have any questions about your return, please get in contact with us.

A NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

International orders returned as undeliverable because of a wrong address or an address that is not able to receive packages will incur re-stocking fees. Please ensure you provide a correct "ship to" address that is able to receive packages.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country and are responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange the product we will pay for shipping of the replacement to you. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the exchange to us. All returns can either be exchanged or returned for refund to your credit card – whichever you choose. We want the order process to be hassle and risk free! Send returns along with a copy of the packing slip and a note indicating what you would like us to do to (include your telephone number). International orders are not eligible for exchanges, only returns. Returns can be returned at customer's cost.
